About Course

This online Arabic grammar course provides a comprehensive introduction to the Fiʿl (verb), one of the three fundamental categories of words in the Arabic language. Designed for beginner and lower-intermediate students, the course explores the structure, meanings, forms, and grammatical functions of Arabic verbs, laying a strong foundation for further studies in Arabic grammar and Qur’anic Arabic.

Students will learn how verbs express actions and states, how they relate to subjects and objects, and how they change according to tense, gender, and number. The course covers the three primary verb categories—past (māḍī), present/future (muḍāriʿ), and imperative (amr)—while introducing essential concepts of verb conjugation and sentence construction.
